This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) sets out the terms and conditions for using the website www.gameon.lt (hereinafter – the Website) and the main principles for managing, collecting, processing, and storing personal data, according to which The Lithuanian Game Developers Association (hereinafter – the Organizer) collects, manages, and processes personal data when a person uses GameOn products and/or services or visits the Website.
  2. All Website visitors, by accessing or using the Website, confirm that they have read and understood this Policy and agree that the Organizer may manage, process, and collect the information provided by the visitor (including personal data) to the extent necessary to operate and manage the Website and provide its services. Visitors who do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy are not permitted to use the Website’s services.
  3. Website services include services related to providing information about GameOn events, news, activities, and other event-related information (hereinafter – Website Services).
