The application deadline is October 2, 2026 (inclusive). Applicants will be notified of the selection results by email within 5 business days from the date of submission.

Please note that the event will take place on October 23–25 (Friday–Sunday).

GAMEON 2025 ARTIST ALLEY RULES

1. About

Artist Alley is a curated space organized by GameOn, dedicated to independent creators and artists to present, promote, and sell their original work. Exhibited items may include illustrations, prints, fan art, handmade crafts, accessories (e.g., keychains), stickers, and other artist-created products.

This space is designed to encourage creative expression, provide opportunities for direct interaction with visitors, and help artists expand their audience.

Only the following are permitted for sale:

  • original works created by the artist;
  • works for which the participant holds the rights for use and distribution;
  • products that align with the event theme.

2. General rules

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee participation.
  • Participants must ensure a sufficient quantity of high-quality, original products.
  • Table sharing is allowed only with a joint application.
  • Product displays must remain within the assigned space and must not obstruct neighboring tables or visitor flow.
  • Unauthorized expansion of the assigned space is prohibited.
  • The following are strictly prohibited:
    • mass-produced or resold items;
    • plagiarized or copyright-infringing content;
    • AI-generated content;
    • food, beverages, or similar consumable products;
    • inappropriate content (violent, discriminatory, sexual, etc.);
    • weapons or gambling-related activities.
  • Advertising unrelated to the participant’s original work is prohibited.
  • Excessive noise (e.g., loud music, megaphones) is not allowed.
  • All participants must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

3. Selection criteria

Only fully completed applications submitted by October 2, 2026 (inclusive) will be considered.

  • The number of participants is limited; selection is competitive.
  • One person may submit only one application.
  • Eligible participants:
    • individuals aged 18 or older;
    • minors only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Applications must include:
    • a portfolio;
    • photos from previous events (if applicable);
    • active links to social media or platforms;
    • high-quality product images and a logo.
  • For shared tables, a joint application is required.
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.

4. Registration

Participation is granted only to individuals who:

  • successfully pass the selection process;
  • receive official confirmation via email;
  • complete payment within 14 business days of receiving the invoice.
Table pricing (excluding VAT):
  • €95 – 1 table, 1 participant badge
  • €180 – 1 table, 2 participant badges
  • Additional badge – €18
  • Individual electricity connection – €45 + VAT

Additional notes:

  • A shared electricity access point will be available (limited capacity).
  • Failure to complete payment results in disqualification from participation.

5. Arrival and participation

  • Participant registration times:
    • October 22: 9:00–19:00
    • October 23: 8:00–10:00
  • A valid ID must be presented during registration.
  • Participants will receive badges granting access for all event days (badges are non-transferable).
  • Badges must be worn at all times during the event.
  • A maximum of two people is allowed per table.
  • Tables must be set up before the official opening.
  • Participants must be present at their table at least 30 minutes before opening and remain throughout event hours.

6. Personal property and security

  • Participants may leave items overnight; however, organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
  • Litexpo provides general security outside event hours.
  • Leaving tables unattended is not recommended.
  • Event staff may assist in urgent situations but will not handle sales or products.
  • Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety regulations.

7. Artificial intelligence and copyright

  • Selling AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
  • Plagiarized or copyright-infringing works are not allowed.
  • Only original works or works with proper usage rights may be sold.
  • Organizers may request proof of authorship or rights at any time.
  • Failure to provide proof may result in removal from the event.

8. Promotional material and labeling

  • Participants must provide:
    • high-quality product images;
    • a logo for promotional use.
  • Files must be clearly labeled with the participant’s name, alias, or brand.
  • Table numbers are assigned by organizers and communicated before the event.

9. Final provisions

  • The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time in order to ensure a fair, safe, and smooth event experience for all participants.
  • Participants may be removed from the event for violations of the rules or for presenting inappropriate content.
  • In the event of removal, participation fees are non-refundable.
