1. About
Artists’ Alley is a carefully curated space for independent creators and artists to showcase, promote, and sell their original works. Acceptable products include prints, handmade items, pendants, stickers, illustrations, and other products created or designed by the participant.
2. General rules
● Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the Artists’ Alley.
● Participants must ensure that their table is sufficiently stocked with high-quality, original products. If you do not have many products, you may share a table with another creator, provided that both of you submit your works for evaluation.
● The display of goods must remain in the designated area and not interfere with neighboring tables or visitor traffic.
● It is strictly forbidden to display or sell content that is explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
● Content intended for adult audiences (18+) must be displayed with extreme discretion, covered or otherwise hidden from public view.
● The sale of food, beverages, and other consumable goods is prohibited.
● All participants and their assistants must behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, visitors, organizers, and volunteers.
● One approved application entitles the participant to one table measuring 140 cm x 70 cm. (Two 70×70 cm tables joined together).
● Participants are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths to cover their tables.
● The portfolio included in the application must clearly reflect the products to be sold. Incomplete or unclear applications may be rejected.
● The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the rules without compensation or ticket refund.
3. Selection criteria
Only fully completed applications submitted by October 2, 2026 (inclusive) will be considered.
● The number of participants is limited, and selection is based on a competitive basis.
● Only persons aged 16 and over may apply.
● Each person may submit only one application.
● The application must include:
– A portfolio reflecting current creative activities.
– Photos from previous events (if available).
– Working links to social networks, portfolios, or file-sharing platforms with appropriate access settings.
● If participating as a shared table, a joint application with the works of both creators must be submitted.
● The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without obligation to state the reason for rejection.
4. Registration
Participation is only granted to those who:
● Have successfully passed the selection process.
● Have received official confirmation by email.
● Are included in the list of registered participants.
● Have paid the participation fee.
Table prices for participants in the artists’ alley:
● €95 + VAT: one 3-day admission card and one table.
● €180 + VAT: two 3-day admission cards (for the artist and assistant or both artists) and one table.
If the table is shared, the main applicant is responsible for providing all the necessary information, including the name of the assistant or second vendor.
